• To provide and improve our marketplace services.
• To match buyers with nearby nurseries and transporters.
• To process payments and send order confirmations.
• To send important account and transaction notifications.
• To comply with legal obligations under Kenyan law.

3. Location Data

We use county-level location data to help match buyers with nurseries and to facilitate transport routing. We do not continuously track your precise GPS location without your consent. Location data shared with transporters is limited to delivery addresses for active orders.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• Between buyers and nursery owners to fulfill orders.
• With transporters to facilitate deliveries.
• With payment processors (Safaricom M-Pesa) to process payments.
• When required by Kenyan law or court order.

5. Contact Information Visibility

Nursery phone numbers, email addresses, and precise locations are hidden from unauthenticated visitors. Only logged-in users can view this information. Nursery owners control what contact information they list.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Your Rights

9. Cookies

We use local storage (not tracking cookies) to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
